Throughout his career, Grant has held executive and board leadership positions across publicly listed, private and not for profit organisations. His extensive experience spans property, development, finance, investment, tourism, funds management, mergers and acquisitions, health, and professional services with a focus on growth.

Grant holds a Bachelor of Laws, Master of Laws, Master of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is a Life Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and has completed executive studies in leadership at Harvard University . Grant is a practising solicitor of the Supreme and High Courts and is also a Notary Public.
